RE Capital is a privately owned, pan-european property investment, asset and development company. With 36 real estate investments across the UK, Switzerland, Portugal and Germany, representing a market value of more than €2B, they've worked on projects across all sectors of real estate. That includes 565 residential units, 245 hotel rooms, 52,000 sqm of office space, 5200 sqm of retail space and 48,000 sqm of industrial space.

The Challenge


The space that RE Capital took over had existing tenants that sourced their own connectivity solutions. Tenants often experienced long lead times, wayleave barriers, and expensive ongoing charges. ​

At the Corner Building they needed a practical and reliable connectivity solution that benefited both existing and potential tenants while maximising budgets.​

Our Solution


With NCG as their preferred connectivity supplier, RE Capital now offer a 20GB fibre backbone that has future proofed the site for bandwidth upgrades as time goes on.  ​

Our landlord connectivity solution required a minimum upfront Capex cost, which covered civil works, fibre entry points into buildings, and resilient networking equipment. By directly contracting with the occupiers to organise their connectivity contracts, NCG kept RE Capital’s Opex costs low. Our committed account management team worked with leasing agents to provide pre-sales and marketing support to prospective occupiers, guaranteeing that space and service were taken up. ​
